1. Respect for rights
ShortDash customers must only upload and publish content they have rights to use. The Service processes customer-provided material and may generate derivative media; that does not transfer ownership of third-party works to the customer or to Mohamed Riyad Khomsi.
2. How to submit a complaint
Send a written notice to contact@khomsi.com including:
1. Your name and contact email; 2. A description of the copyrighted work or IP claimed; 3. The location of the allegedly infringing material in ShortDash (account email if known, project/video URL or ID, and description); 4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; 5. A statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act; 6. Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is acceptable for email).
3. What we may do
Upon a complete notice, we may:
- temporarily restrict access to the reported material;
- contact the account holder;
- remove or disable material;
- suspend or ban repeat infringers.
4. Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe it was a mistake, email contact@khomsi.com with a counter-notice identifying the material, stating why removal was erroneous, and providing the information needed to resolve the dispute under applicable law in Kingdom of Morocco.
5. YouTube and other platforms
Complaints about videos already published on YouTube should also be submitted through YouTube’s processes. Deleting a ShortDash account does not remove videos from YouTube.
